Introduction to Section 218 Winding-Up Proceedings. July 19, 2016  Tawau Sabah

The Tawau lawyers invited our Mr Chang to give a short talk.   It was attended by about 20 lawyers.

Amongst the topics discussed was the power of the court and the definition of  “court”, which concentrated  the powers of the Court in companies matters to be heard by the High Court Judge only.
