Recover Your Debts Fast Through the Courts on July 18, 2016 at the Shangri-la’s Tanjung Aru Resort & SPA, Kota Kinabalu

In this seminar Mr CHANG shared his experience on the recovery debts.  He started the seminar by explaining to the members on to read the balance sheets to determine the “claim-ability” of the debtors.

The talk also covered the proceedings in court, companies winding up, writ of seizure and sale and also Bankruptcy proceedings.

Amongst the topics discussed was also the issue of the Sabah Limitation Ordinance 1952 which has different provisions from its counter part in West Malaysia.
