Siti Azlina Alex Chang
Siti Azlina

If it pleases you, My Lord,
Alex Chang appear for Your Humble Petitioner, and my learned friends representing the relevant bodies have already been introduced earlier.

My Lord,
Allow me a to say a few words to introduce Your Humble Petitioner , Siti Azlina Binti Che Abdul Rahman to all concerned.

Your Humble Petitioner was born in Kota Bharu, Kelantan to Mr Che Abdul Rahman and Madam Ruslina binti Jusoh. She is the eldest of four children.

My Lord,
Your Petitioner confessed that it was never her life-long dream to be a lawyer, not even when she was a little one. Only when the time came for Your Humble Petitioner to make a choice for her university degree, she saw a faint glow at the end of the long dark dark dark tunnel and settled for a law degree.

According to her own words, back then, her immature and juvenile mind was swayed by the shallow promises of wealth and prestige of the profession.

In 2009, Your Humble Petitioner was accepted to do her Law Foundation in UITM Shah Alam and proceeded to read law in University Utara Malaysia.
Throughout the four years of studies, whatever superficial interests Your Humble Petitioner had had towards the law quickly grew into genuine passion and a desire to acquire both breadth and in depth understanding of the many legal subjects.

Her favourite subjects were Criminal Law and Family Law, which comes as no surprise when Your Humble Petitioner chose to undergo her compulsory legal aid duty in All Women’s Action Society (AWAM). During her time there, Your Humble Petitioner was made aware of the injustices against women, and hence, developed a desire to help those who cannot help themselves.

After Your Humble Petitioner graduated and was conferred a Bachelor of Laws with Honours. Your Humble Petitioner then went on to chamber in Messrs. LAW RAJ TEH & PARTNERS under the guidance of her master, Mr M. Rajkumar.

My Lord,
Your Humble Petitioner would like to seize this opportunity to acknowledge the many individuals of great importance to Your Humble Petitioner ’s success and happiness. Firstly, Your Humble Petitioner would like to thank her parents and her siblings for their endless love and support, without which, Your Humble Petitioner might not have reached this milestone in her life.

Your Humble Petitioner is also indebted to all the lawyers and staffs of Messrs. LAW RAJ TEH & PARTNERS, for their eagerness to teach and to impart invaluable nuggets of wisdom.

Last but not least, Your Humble Petitioner also wishes to express her gratitude to her Master, Mr M. Rajkumar, for teaching Your Humble Petitioner not only the law, but also for having inculcated the need for precision, accuracy in the practice of it. Your Humble Petitioner is extremely grateful for everything that she has done for Your Humble Petitioner .

My Lord,
I verily believe that Your Humble Petitioner is a fit and proper person to be admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor and all her cause papers are in order and there are no objections from the
my learned friends from the Attorney General’s Chambers, Bar Council and KL Bar. Wherefore, I humbly pray that Your Humble Petitioner be admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Much obliged, My Lord.
