In the year 1998 Mr Alex Chang Huey Wah was invited to edit the Companies Winding Up Handbook, (公司清盘手册) as one of the Malayan Law Journal Handbook series.
Primarily written as a text to assist the lawyers in the forms and procedures in Companies Winding Up Petitions, the First Edition was published in 1998 and in 2003 the second edition.
This book has been referred to in many reported cases.
