The Petitioner must file an affidavit verifying all the facts in the petition, if the petitioner is a company by an officer of the company otherwise it should be affirmed/ signed by the petitioner himself, if it an individual.
请愿人必须提交一份宣誓书以核实请愿里的所有事实，前提是请愿人是公司的话那就高级职员，否则请愿人作为个体应亲自核实/签署（请愿里的所有事实）。
This Affidavit Verifying the Companies Winding Up Petition, must be filed within 4 days of the filing of the Companies Winding Up Petition.

If the deponent (the person signing the Affidavit) is not within the jurisdiction (not in Malaysia) he may wish to visit one of the Malaysian Consulates, and affirm the affidavit there. A prior appointment is required please make arrangement early.
