by the petitioner himself, if it an individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8bf7\u613f\u4eba\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4ea4\u4e00\u4efd\u5ba3\u8a93\u4e66\u4ee5\u6838\u5b9e\u8bf7\u613f\u91cc\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e8b\u5b9e\uff0c\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u8bf7\u613f\u4eba\u662f\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u8bdd\u90a3\u5c31\u9ad8\u7ea7\u804c\u5458\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u8bf7\u613f\u4eba\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e2a\u4f53\u5e94\u4eb2\u81ea\u6838\u5b9e\/\u7b7e\u7f72\uff08\u8bf7\u613f\u91cc\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e8b\u5b9e\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Affidavit Verifying the Companies Winding Up Petition, must be filed within 4 days of the filing of the Companies Winding Up Petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u4efd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u516c\u53f8\u6e05\u76d8\u8bf7\u613f\u5ba3\u8a93\u4e66\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u63d0\u4ea4\u516c\u53f8\u6e05\u76d8\u8bf7\u613f\u76844\u5929\u5185\u63d0\u4ea4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the deponent (the person signing the Affidavit)&nbsp;
