Afidavit Mengesahkan Petisyen Penggulungan Syarikat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


The Petitioner must file an affidavit verifying all the facts in the petition, if the petitioner is a company by an officer of the company otherwise it should be affirmed\/ signed  by the petitioner himself, if it an individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pempetisyen mesti memfailkan afidavit mengesahkan semua fakta yang ada dalam petisyen, jika pempetisyen  ialah sebuah syarikat oleh pegawai syarikat tersebut, sebaliknya ia harus diikrarkan\/ ditandatangani oleh pempetisyen sendiri, jika ia adalah seorang individu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Affidavit Verifying the Companies Winding Up Petition, must be filed within 4 days of the filing of the Companies Winding Up Petition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afidavit Mengesahkan Petisyen penggulungan syarikat mesti difailkan dalam 4 hari dari tarikh pemfailan Petisyen Penggulungan Syarikat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the deponent (the person signing the Affidavit)  is not within the jurisdiction (not in Malaysia) he may wish to visit one of the Malaysian Consulates, and affirm the affidavit there.  A prior appointment is required please make arrangement early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika deponen  (orang yang menandatangani Afidavit) bukan berada di dalam bidang kuasa (luar Malaysia) dia perlu melawat ke salah satu Konsulat Malaysia dan mengikrarkan  afidavit di tempat tersebut. Anda perlu buat temu janji terlebih dahulu.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
