When we were about to commence substituted service, Mr Chang took the trouble to personally telephone the Defendant  (Debtor),  Mr Chang did not tell us what he said to the Debtor, but the  Debtor  agreed to  meet   our representative PERSONALLY  and accepted service of the Court Documents (the Writ of Summons)\u2026
2\u5f53\u6211\u4eec\u5373\u5c06\u5f00\u59cb\u66ff\u4ee3\u9001\u8fbe\u65f6\uff0c\u5f20\u5148\u751f\u4e0d\u6015\u9ebb\u70e6\u5730\u4eb2\u81ea\u6253\u7535\u8bdd\u7ed9\u88ab\u544a\uff08\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\uff09\uff0c\u5f20\u5148\u751f\u6ca1\u6709\u544a\u8bc9\u6211\u4eec\u4ed6\u5bf9\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u8bf4\u4e86\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u540c\u610f\u4eb2\u81ea\u4f1a\u89c1\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u5e76\u4e14\u63a5\u53d7\u6cd5\u9662\u6587\u4ef6\uff08\u4f20\u7968\u4ee4\u72b6\uff09\u7684\u9001\u8fbe\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\u5f53\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u4f1a\u9762\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u591a\u5e74\u6765\u9047\u5230\u7684\u6700\u6709\u793c\u8c8c\u548c\u6700\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the very next day after meeting our representative, we received one half of the outstanding sum and the Debtor promised to pay the balance including interest accrued and legal costs within the month.
4\u4e0e\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u4f1a\u9762\u540e\u9694\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6536\u5230\u4e86\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u6b20\u6b3e\uff0c\u503a\u52a1\u4eba\u7b54\u5e94\u5728\u5f53\u6708\u5185\u652f\u4ed8\u4f59\u989d\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5e94\u8ba1\u5229\u606f\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are fascinated with the level of service offered by Messrs Alex Chang & Co when Mr Chang took it upon himself to intervene. He must have whispered some magic words in the ears of the Debtor to make him purr and handed over his hard earned cash.  The actions of the Debtors save us much time and further legal costs.
