Mengenai batasan untuk bertindak bagi mendapatkan semula sewa, jangka masa bagi ketiga-tiga bidang kuasa adalah terhad kepada 6 tahun.<\/h3>\n

LIMITATION OF ACTIONS TO RECOVER LAND AND RENT<\/em>
\nWith regards to the limitation of actions to recover rents, the timescale for all three jurisdictions is limited to six years.<\/em><\/h5>\n

\u56de\u5fa9\u571f\u5730\u548c\u8ffd\u8ba8\u79df\u91d1\u4e4b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u9650\u5236<\/span><\/p>\n

\u5173\u4e8e\u8ffd\u8ba8\u79df\u91d1\u4e4b\u8bc9\u8bbc\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4e09\u4e2a\u53f8\u6cd5\u7ba1\u8f96\u533a\u7684\u671f\u9650\u9650\u5236\u4e3a\u516d\u5e74\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Berkenaan dengan batasan bagi tindakan rampasan berkenaan dengan harta persendirian yang digadai, satu tindakan akan dibawa sebelum tamat tempoh dua belas tahun dari tarikh dimana hak untuk rampasan terakru di bidang kuasa Barat Malaysia. Di bidang kuasa Sabah dan Sarawak, walau bagaimanapun, batasan di kedua-dua kawasan adalah enam puluh tahun, manakala bagi tunggakan tanah, tempoh had masa bagi bidang kuasa Barat Malaysia, Sabah dan Sarawak adalah sama terbatas kepada enam tahun.<\/h3>\n

LIMITATION OF ACTIONS TO RECOVER MONEY SECURED BY MORTGAGE OR CHARGE OR TO RECOVER PROCEEDS OF THE SALE OF LAND
\nRegarding the limitation of foreclosure action in respect of mortgaged personal property, an action shall be brought before the expiration of twelve years from the date on which the right to foreclose accrued in the West Malaysia jurisdiction. In the Sabah and Sarawak jurisdictions, however, the limitation in both regions is sixty years, whilst for the arrears of land, the limitation period for the West Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak jurisdictions are equally limited to six years.<\/h5>\n

Berkenaan dengan batasan untuk bertindak menuntut hartanah persendirian milik si mati, mana-mana tuntutan kepada hartanah persendirian milik si mati atau kepada mana-mana saham atau faedah dalam hartanah itu, sama ada dibawah wasiat atau tanpa wasiat, akan dibawa sebelum tamat tempoh dua belas tahun dalam ketiga-tiga bidang kuasa.<\/h3>\n

To conclude, the laws governing the timescale and limitation period vary across the three regions depending on the description of suit and circumstances, whereby the Limitation Act 1953 governs the West Malaysia jurisdiction, the Limitation Ordinance (Sabah Cap. 72) and the Limitation Ordinance (Sarawak Cap. 49) governing the Sabah and Sarawak jurisdictions respectively.<\/p>\n
