Judgment Obtained<\/h3>\n

3 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0We have obtained a judgment for the supplies of medicine to a Doctor at a\u00a0 clinic.\u00a0 Even after obtaining a judgment,\u00a0 they have ignored our telephone calls, avoided our sales personnel.<\/p>\n

SEND IN THE SEAL TEAM<\/h3>\n

4 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u201cSend in the SEAL TEAM\u201d was recommended by Mr Chang and according to him, usually the debtors would make the payment shortly after the SEAL TEAM arrives on site.<\/p>\n

5 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0The SEAL TEAM is the team of\u00a0 officers\u00a0 led by the Court Bailiff of Sheriff, arriving at the debtors\u2019 premises to take inventory (stock) of the goods belonging to the debtors and setting an auction date usually 14 days after\u00a0 the\u00a0 SEAL\u00a0 TEAM\u00a0 arrives.<\/p>\n

Extraction by the SEAL TEAM<\/h3>\n

6 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Planning for the \u2018extraction\u2019 of the stranded \u2018monies\u2019 in the hands of your debtors is like a military operation,\u00a0 the solicitors have to plan so many things prior to the SEAL TEAM touching the ground.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Logistics,\u00a0 local intelligence,\u00a0 also getting ready a\u00a0 security team and of course a backup team.<\/p>\n

7 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0My manager reported to me that initially the Doctor and her spouse did not take the \u2018intrusion\u2019 very well and questioned\u00a0 the authority of the Bailiff entering her clinic.<\/p>\n

7.1 \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0After showing her all the relevant court documents she calmed down and co-operated with the process of seizure (sealing) of her clinic to prevent her from removing the assets in the clinic so that they are out of reach of the auctioneer.<\/p>\n

7.2\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0A security guard was also posted at the entrance\u00a0 to ensure that our prize was intact.<\/p>\n

8 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0In our case, the full sum including interest and costs were paid in full the day after the SEAL TEAM arrived.\u00a0 We successfully extracted our package.<\/p>\n
