In this book imported by Alex into Malaysia.<\/p>\n<p>\u7ecf\u8fc7\u591a\u5e74\u5904\u7406\u6709\u5173\u516c\u53f8\u6e05\u76d8\u6cd5\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c<wbr \/>\u5f20\u60e0\u534e\u5927\u5f8b\u5e08\u53d7\u9080\u4e3a\u516c\u53f8\u6e05\u76d8\u624b\u518c\uff08Companies Winding Up Handbook\uff09\u4f5c\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\u3002<wbr \/>\u8fd9\u672c\u4e66\u662f\u7531\u5f20\u5927\u5f8b\u5e08\u5f15\u8fdb\u5230\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>Primarily written as a text to assist the lawyers, the First Edition was published in 1998. In 2003 the second edition was published.
