In Malaysia, many young lawyers who are reading their undergraduate\u00a0 law degree like to\u00a0 join the legal firms as attachment students to gain exposure.\u00a0 \u00a0After graduation\u00a0 and completing the bar vocational course\/ certificate in legal practice, as the case may be, they will read in the chambers of a master as a\u00a0 pupil (or a chambering student).<\/p>\n

\u5728\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u5c31\u8bfb\u7740\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5b66\u58eb\u5b66\u4f4d\u7684\u5e74\u8f7b\u5f8b\u5e08\u5e0c\u671b\u52a0\u5165\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u4ee5\u89c1\u4e60\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u8eab\u4efd\u6765\u83b7\u5f97\u7ecf\u9a8c\u3002\u800c\u90a3\u4e9b\u5df2\u7ecf\u987a\u5229\u6bd5\u4e1a\u540e\u5e76\u5b8c\u6210\u6267\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\u8d44\u683c\u57f9\u8bad\u8bfe\u7a0b\uff08<\/span>bar vocational course\uff09\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6267\u4e1a\u9274\u5b9a\u8003\u8bd5\uff08<\/span> certificate in legal practice\uff09\u7684\u5e74\u8f7b\u5f8b\u5e08\u5219\u5e0c\u671b\u52a0\u5165\u5f8b\u5e08\u697c\u5728\u6267\u4e1a\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u65d7\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9e\u4e60\uff0c<\/span><\/p>\n

At Alex Chang & Co we offer pupils\u00a0 in chambers and attachment students\u00a0 a unique opportunity\u00a0 to undergo their Pupillage, the pupils can take advantage of the size of our office to experience many tasks \u2018hands on\u2019.\u00a0 All pupils will have to go through a short period of assessed mini-pupillage for the benefit of the pupils and the firm.<\/p>\n

\u2026Besides work we had much fun during the attachment with the colleagues in various social settings like karaoke, roadtrip to Penang, farewell dinners, not forgetting also the \u2018celebratory\u2019 dinners with the clients. It surely and definitely strengthened our friendship and heightened the togetherness in us, creating a happy community to work in\u2026

\nIt\u2019s fun and thrilling to have worked with a great corporate lawyer and been able to observe real trials in court. A lot of law students fascinate to join big law firms for the sake of the feeling of approval, or admiration. But too often, as I heard and saw from the experience of my peers, they\u2019re tied with office work, and often deprived of their much needed real-life experience in observing court trial, or their communication with their bosses are too often impersonal, which deprived them of the opportunity to clear some doubts about the mystified workings of law firms\u2026
