In \u00a0January \u00a02009, \u00a0he was leading a team of lawyers to wind up a Public Listed Company, a winding up order was granted against the \u00a0\u2018Berhad\u2019 eventually wound up, \u00a0a second \u2018Berhad\u2019 wound up by him.<\/p>\n

\n

\u5728<\/span>2009\u5e74<\/span>1\u6708\uff0c\u4ed6\u9886\u5bfc\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u5f8b\u5e08\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u529f\u7684\u8ba9\u4e00\u5bb6\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u9762\u4e34\u88ab\u6e05\u76d8\u7684\u547d\u8fd0\u3002\u90a3\u662f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5bb6\u56e0\u4ed6\u800c\u9762\u4e34\u88ab\u6e05\u76d8\u547d\u8fd0\u7684\u5927\u9a6c\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

He has appeared in many \u00a0reported \u00a0cases either \u00a0as counsel or his Companies Winding up \u00a0Handbook was referred to by the courts as reference material.<\/p>\n

\u5f20\u5f8b\u5e08\u7684\u6848\u4ef6\uff0c\u9891\u9891\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u5927\u9a6c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6742\u5fd7\u3002\u4ed6\u7684<\/span> “\u516c\u53f8\u6e05\u76d8\u624b\u518c<\/span>” \u4e5f<\/span>\u5e38\u5e38\u88ab\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53c2\u8003\u8d44\u6599\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Community Service<\/p>\n

Mr Chang always has the community at heart.\u00a0 He was the President of the Rotary Club of Pudu, Malaysia in year 2013-2014. \u00a0 During that year he won SIX best district awards and TWO runner ups totalling EIGHT awards. \u00a0 The club under his leadership raised about RM380,000 (at about USD100,000 in 2014) for the community.<\/span><\/p>\n
