Wong Nyoke Pin.<\/p>\n<p>Technically, middle children are those who are born in between two or more siblings. Being born in between is a bigger problem than what we think.\u00a0 They have the middle child syndrome&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>From my brief encounter with Your Petitioner, he does not have any of the problems of the Middle Children&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Being\u00a0 born in Kuala Lumpur\u00a0 blessed him\u00a0\u00a0 the abundance of great food, the petitioner enjoys eating, he lives to eat and hence My Lord\u00a0 the size of the petitioner standing tall before your lordship today is the best testimony of Kuala Lumpur food.<\/p>\n<p>Size does matter, My Lord,\u00a0 as a litigation lawyer in court.<\/p>\n<p>When in England,\u00a0 He liked atmosphere of the English Pubs but\u00a0 he hated the English Soggy tasteless\u00a0 vegetables.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 If\u00a0 he\u00a0 is\u00a0 forced to name a favourite dish in England, it would be fish and chips with\u00a0 a generous portion of salt and vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>Your Petitioner\u00a0 read law at the\u00a0 University of Aberystwyth, Wales.\u00a0 Subsequently, the petitioner undertook the Bar Vocational Course at\u00a0 the\u00a0 University of\u00a0 West of\u00a0 England\u00a0 and\u00a0 was\u00a0 admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in July 2010.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He is also a member of the Honourable Society of Lincolns&#8217; Inn.<\/p>\n<p>Before he was admitted to Lincolns&#8217; Inn, he was already a\u00a0 member of the Pub of England.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Aberystwyth is in Wales, he Loves the countryside of Wales, but he\u00a0 only fell in love\u00a0\u00a0 with the countryside,\u00a0 therefore forgot to\u00a0 find a Welsh sweetheart.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner read in the chambers and benefitted from\u00a0 the tutelage and guidance of his Mistress Ms. Theresa Chong, and\u00a0 his mentor, Ms. Liang Cheng Jean of M\/s Skrine.\u00a0 He was given the opportunity to learn and explore the field of corporate law which he intends to continue practising in.<\/p>\n<p>On this memorable day, the petitioner would like to express his gratitude to those who have played an important role in his career and his life.\u00a0\u00a0 First and foremost, he would like to thank his family, especially his parents, for their love, support, and sacrifices they have made for the petitioner in giving him the best opportunities they could.<\/p>\n<p>The Petitioner would also like to convey his heartfelt\u00a0 appreciation to his Mistress Ms. Theresa Chong, and his mentor, Ms. Liang Cheng Jean, for all their guidance and tutelage. The petitioner would also like to thank the partners and lawyers in Messrs Skrine and his fellow pupils for their<br \/>\ncompany and sweet memories for the last 9 months.<\/p>\n<p>My Lord, the Petitioner is a fit and proper person to be admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor.\u00a0\u00a0 The\u00a0\u00a0 Petitioner&#8217;s\u00a0 papers are\u00a0 in order and there is no objections\u00a0 from\u00a0 the relevant\u00a0 parties to this Petition.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, My Lord, I humbly pray for an Order in Terms.<\/p>\n<p>(Relevant parties will say no objections and\u00a0 Judge will give order)<\/p>\n<p>Much obliged, My Lord<\/p>\n<p>My Lord, the Petitioner&#8217;s pupil mistress, Ms Theresa Chong is not present in Court today.
