Mr Alex Chang \u00a0Huey Wah completed\u00a0 his secondary education in\u00a0 Singapore at the Hwa Chong Institution<\/a> and later\u00a0 read laws at the Queen Mary College, University of London<\/a>.<\/p>\n

He is the Advisory Editor of the Companies Winding Up Handbook<\/a>, first published\u00a0 by\u00a0 the\u00a0 Malayan Law Journal in 1998, the\u00a0 second edition was published in 2003;\u00a0 and has been a contributor to the Malaysian Court Forms<\/a>, Companies Winding Up section;\u00a0 the Halsbury\u2019s Laws of\u00a0 Malaysia<\/a>,\u00a0 Companies Winding Up section Vol\u00a0 6, in 2009 he co-edited the Footprints of a Judge\u2019s Journey Through Mother Earth<\/a>, published by the Malaysian Current Law Journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n
