Going to court is full of excitement.   Many people ask us  
how to handle the stress of the courts.   The answer is
quite simple.  An example.   If you like to play tennis,
while you are playing the game and you  really like to
‘win’ will there be  stress?   

However, stressful it may be, you will  be looking forward
to the next game.   The key word is adrenaline.

In court, it is like any other game, there cannot be two
gold medalists.  Your aim is to out-wit your opponent
within the four corners of the Court...  
We believe that juniors can learn better in a ‘fun’
